Behavioral Health: Anxiety Disorders
Hospitalizations are rarely required for anxiety disorders. Treatments are conducted on an outpatient basis but when there are comorbid disorders also being identified and treated alongside the anxiety, then the need for inpatient care becomes the guideline. What type of comorbid conditions can be considered to be a part of the focused treatment plan?

Rheumatoid Arthritis: Patterns of RA
The four clinical patterns of RA include: Spontaneous remission, Palindromic, Remitting-progressive and Progressive. Each of these patterns has specific characteristics which aid in classifying your client. The favorable prognosis associated with there patterns include: Onset is greater than 40 years of age; disease duration is less than a year and their RF is negative. Can you identify the less favorable prognosis as the disease advances?
