“May is Asthma Awareness Month”
Although World Asthma Day has passed (May 6), awareness and action is still needed as we continue to educate our communities about available comprehensive asthma management. Asthma triggers surround us as we are spending up to 90% of our time indoors. Recognizing these potential triggers and attempting to reduce exposure to them will help to lower the advancement of the disease process.
