A Time and Place
We all have lists based on decisions that we make in moving through our days and nights. Accepting and focusing on specific tasks before accomplishing them requires a decision that is based on either of two simple words – ‘Yes!’ or ‘No!’ Will the task benefit me or will it benefit others over all? Demands that exclusively benefit others may not be the right thing for us to undertake, especially when we have so many other direct activities and obligations that require our attention right now. Learn to say NO more often. The outcomes will be worth it.

“Index Measures Nation’s Happiness, Stress”
“We have lots of information about disease, cost and risk, but we know very little about health and how to measure it,” stated Dr Julie Gerberding, director of the CDC. An index developed between a health industry partner and the Gallup Organization, based on 1,000 in-depth interviews, offers a detailed daily measure of happiness and stress. Visually, the results show a precise measurement in terms other than dollars. Plans on how to use and incorporate these findings are in the works. Check out the interactive graphs and associated findings that impact us all.
