Clinical Accuracy Spoken Here
Asthma: Communication & Patient Satisfaction
The goal of good essential communication between patient, family and providers is patient satisfaction and adherence to the treatment plan. Satisfaction should include: quality of care and appropriate asthma control. Asking them if they are satisfied with their current care and level of control is one question that defines their satisfaction, as well as inquiring if costs are interfering with their ability to obtain asthma care.

Rheumatoid Arthritis: Diagnosis
Polyarticular inflammation, morning stiffness, weight loss and fever are some of the symptoms that may indicate inflammation which can lead to debilitating joint deformities. Progression of rheumatoid arthritis differs widely between individuals. More than 90 percent of patients will have involvement of the joints in their feet. For the majority, the onset will be slow and insidious. Early diagnosis and treatment can delay the advancement of the disease.

CM Walk
Do you celebrate your ‘worries’? Generally not, I would gather. But creating a special place for them, like a Worry Jar, would work. Write them down, put them in the jar and check them weekly. When you find that you have worried enough about something, remove it from the jar. Over time, you will have fewer of them. One of the secrets of life is to make stepping stones out of these stumbling blocks.
