Plan and Prepare
The CDC recommends regular hand washing with soap and water – friction and 20 seconds time. Hand sanitizer gels also help to kill germs BUT they are not a replacement for proper hand washing. These can build up on the hands and should be washed off after every fourth use. While there are germs that are harmless and are even good for our health, protecting ourselves is still needed to keep the bacteria and viruses that are disease promoting limited in our daily lives.
