Case Managers on the Hill
On April 28th, 2010 Case Managers from across the country met with legislators in Washington, DC to educate, learn, and discuss the important role that Case Managers will have as a result of the Health Care reform. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act signed into law on March 23, 2010 address the importance of care coordination, the need for preventive health services and chronic care management.
