Excellence in Case Mgmnt
Did you know that September is ‘Fruit and Veggies – More Matters Month’? With Farmer’s markets and local vegetable stands the opportunity to have fresh fruits and veggies have grown all around us (pun-intended!). Unfortunately in a recent publication the CDC it was found that many people are consuming less than the recommended amount of servings.
In the Headlines . . .
The CDC website: www.fruitsandveggiesmatter.gov provides wonderful information from how much one should have on a daily basis based on age, sex and activity level to great ideas of how to include more fruit into your daily diet.
