Coming Soon: Case Management Express 2016

The purpose of the Case Manager (CM) Express: Accelerating Performance in New Case Managers course is two-fold. First, it will provide Directors of Case Management with an onboarding course that teaches new Case Management hires to apply evidence-based recommendations to their practice. In addition, it provides new Case Managers the knowledge, grounding skills and CM practice options they need by providing them instruction on the importance of claims and reimbursement, effective resource management, enhanced care transitions and optimizing the patient experience.

This course will support new or inexperienced case managers by preparing them to intervene, lead and/or support the efforts of the other transdisciplinary team members.
