Case Manager Express: We've Set the Date

Coming December 16, 2016 - Case Manager Express.

This course is designed to accelerate the performance of new case managers. It provides education geared toward skills development in the areas of claims and reimbursement, effective resource utilization and revenue cycle management, improved care transitions and enhancing the patient experience. This course will prepare the learners to intervene, lead and support the efforts of the diverse transdisciplinary team.

A new module, Module E, has been added to include core knowledge on the topics of Professional Conduct, Standards and Codes of Conduct, Licensure, Credentials and Ethical Practice in case management.

Anyone who has started the current Case Manager Express (CM Express) is encouraged to complete the course and print course certificates prior to the publication date for the new modules on December 16, 2016.
